Cancellation of a reservation

Any cancellation request must be sent in writing, by email to the following address: reservation@pavillon-dijon.com

The date of receipt of the email is used to calculate deadlines.

Cancellation conditions

Travelers can cancel free of charge within 24 hours of booking, provided the booking was made at least 7 days prior to arrival.

In case of cancellation at least 24 hours before arrival, a full refund is also possible.

If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before arrival, only the nights already spent plus one additional night will be charged.

Cancellation in case of force majeure

In the event of exceptional circumstances (natural disaster, travel ban, serious illness with supporting documentation), a full or partial refund may be considered at the discretion of PAVILLON.

Shortened stay

In the event of early departure, no refund will be given for unused nights.

Reimbursement terms

Refunds are made to the original payment method, within a maximum of 14 working days after confirmation of cancellation.

No cancellation insurance included

Please note that cancellation insurance is not included in your reservation. You can purchase travel or cancellation insurance yourself if you wish.
