Article 1 – Purpose

This contract is intended exclusively for the reservation of a stay in one of the apartments managed by PAVILLON, located in Dijon (21000), Burgundy, France.
We are committed to providing a personalized welcome and offering all the necessary care to facilitate your stay and discovery of the city.

Article 2 – Length of Stay

The contract is concluded for a fixed period.
Under no circumstances shall the tenant claim any right to remain in the property beyond the agreed departure date.

Article 3 – Price

Prices may vary over time.
Only the price stated at the time of booking shall apply.

The price includes:

• The rental of the furnished and fully equipped apartment, from check-in to check-out

• Mandatory cleaning, linen, and laundry fees, specified during booking

Bed and bath linen is provided according to the number of guests stated in the reservation.

Article 4 – Booking

The reservation is confirmed once full payment is made online through our secure payment system (Stripe), along with the acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Without full payment, the booking is not guaranteed and the apartment remains available for others to book.

Payment must be made online by credit card at the time of reservation.

Article 5 – Cancellation by the Guest

Any cancellation must be sent by email to: reservation@pavillon-dijon.com

Guests may cancel free of charge within 24 hours of booking, provided the reservation was made at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival.

If the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before check-in, a full refund is also possible.

If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before arrival, only nights already stayed plus one additional night will be charged.

Early departures are not eligible for any refund.

No cancellation insurance is included.

Article 6 – Cancellation by the Owner

If PAVILLON cancels the booking prior to the stay, the guest will be notified by email and fully refunded for any amounts already paid.

Article 7 – Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM

• Check-out: before 11:00 AM

Check-in is autonomous via a digital key, unless stated otherwise.

Article 8 – Security Deposit & Damages

Any damage or theft in the property will result in a charge to the payment method used during booking.
A security deposit of 25% of the total booking amount may be requested and will be refunded after inspection, provided no damage is found.

Such damages may also be subject to claims with your liability insurance or legal action with the relevant authorities.

Guests are required to have civil liability insurance.
Booking confirms a declaration of such coverage.

Article 9 – Proper Use of the Premises

Guests agree to respect the property, neighbors, and basic rules of conduct.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments.
Parties are not allowed. Quiet hours must be observed from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Any damage must be reported and may be charged or referred to your insurance.

Article 10 – Occupancy Limit

Each apartment has a maximum occupancy stated at the time of booking.
If this limit is exceeded without authorization, access may be denied to the additional guests without refund.

Article 11 – Pets

Pets are not allowed, unless prior written approval is given.

Article 12 – Changes

These terms and conditions may be updated at any time without notice.
Acceptance of these terms is deemed effective upon payment of the reservation.

Article 13 – Personal Data

The data collected is used solely by SCI AJIMMO (PAVILLON) to manage your booking.
